GSUSA also issued Brownie Bs fun patches that were worn on the back of the sash. They came in several shapes and colors.

Brownie B Program
The Brownie Bs program was introduced in 1977. Brownies were encouraged to:
- Be a Discoverer
- Be a Ready Helper
- Be a Friend Maker
Each of the colored wedges in the award represented a year in the Brownie program, while the bridge and Junior Aide bar were actually Junior scout awards.
